SO WHY USE DOC’S MAPLE instead of sugar?

Because DOC’S MAPLE naturally contains Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, Zinc, and Manganese. Sugar contains none of those.

REMEMBER you can always substitute DOC’S MAPLE for sugar in a recipe

The rule of thumb varies, but 1 cup of sugar can be replaced with ¾ to 1 ½ cups of DOC’S MAPLE, depending on your desired sweetness.

When baking, some suggest reducing the liquid in the recipe or adding a bit more of the dry ingredients.
